Dr. Vinita Parashar is a distinguished professor with expertise in Accounting, Management, and Entrepreneurship. She earned her doctorate in Commerce from Devi Ahilya University, Indore, and has over 18 years of experience in teaching and research. She has guided many scholars and students in leadership, finance, economics, accounting, taxation, and banking. Her work is widely published in reputable national and international journals. Known for her ability to motivate and guide youth, she is a frequent speaker at panel discussions and conferences on financial topics nationwide.
Dr. Meenakshi Gaikwad
PhD, M.Phil, M.Com, B.Ed.
Dr. Meenakshi Gaikwad has over 17 years of academic and 7 years of industry experience. She is a Ph.D. supervisor guiding six scholars, with 17 UGC CARE-listed papers and over 20 publications in national and international journals. She has received one national and one international award, presented projects at IIM Indore and IIM Bangalore, and is the author of a published book.
Dr. Yogita Chandel

Dr. Yogita Chandel brings 27 years of academic experience, with participation in 2 refresher courses, 22 seminars, 10 FDPs, and 15 workshops. She has authored 8 textbooks and published 19 research papers. A DAVV committee member, she has also completed e-content development FDP and received 4 awards in the education field.

Also she has received the Best Paper Award at an international conference in 2025.
